Ashwamedh Gurukul Pune is a non-profit initiative. All donations made to support our educational programs, infrastructure development, and student welfare are generally considered non-refundable. We utilize these funds immediately to sustain our operations and fulfill our mission. In exceptional circumstances, such as a duplicate transaction due to technical errors, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
For paid events, workshops, or special training programs organized by Ashwamedh Gurukul Pune, cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event start date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to an administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. If Ashwamedh Gurukul Pune cancels an event, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
Any fees associated with volunteer registration, background checks, or training materials are non-refundable once the processing has begun. Volunteers who withdraw from their commitment are not entitled to refunds for any expenses incurred during their preparation or service.
Physical donations (such as books, equipment, or supplies) cannot be returned once accepted by Ashwamedh Gurukul Pune. We reserve the right to utilize, distribute, or dispose of material donations in the manner that best serves our educational objectives.
Purchases of digital educational content, online courses, or subscription services are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the content has been downloaded. If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased digital content, please contact our support team for assistance.
If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted from your account, the payment gateway typically auto-refunds the amount within 5-7 business days. If the refund is not received within this timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card provider. Ashwamedh Gurukul Pune is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that we suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, we may refund the amount to the original payment method, minus any applicable processing fees, and report the incident to the relevant authorities.
Ashwamedh Gurukul Pune reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our services or making of donations following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
